Blended Learning Solutions

It is particularly important that a blended learning solution be correctly designed. Simply following a classroom course with e-learning is NOT blended learning. The e-learning component of a blended program should have clearly identified learning outcomes, as should the classroom component. Both components should be designed to interact effectively, and each should focus on tackling effectively those components of the total course that are best addressed through its own medium.

Blended learning can include the use of e-learning for pre-classroom work, pre- and post-course testing, use of computer animations in the classroom, as well as access to all or part of our e-learning library after the classroom experience is completed. Importantly, our blended programs ensure that the learning experience is both focused and varied. Each program is custom-designed with the client, drawing from our extensive classroom and e-learning course offerings.
