Title: NEW E-LEARNING PRODUCTS TO HELP COMBAT DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION IN THE WORKPLACE

By 2004, all organisations must improve access for the disabled or face legal action under tough new anti-discrimination laws. Wide Learning, leading global provider of e-learning solutions have created online courses to help businesses meet these new requirements.

Courses have been designed to raise disability awareness at work, show staff how to welcome disabled customers and prevent discrimination.

The 1995 Disability Discrimination Act will affect all areas of disability discrimination in the workplace through physical change, procedural and practical alterations.
The disabled population represent a potential client-base of 8.6.million, with $45 billion of wealth.
