| Wide Learning announced today its acquisition of the core UK and US businesses of Wide Multimedia Ltd. Wide Learning is the leading supplier of global e-learning solutions to the financial services sector, professional services firms and Fortune 5000 companies.
Wide Learning is owned by its management and Forman Hardy Holdings Ltd.
The management and staff of the Company are making a significant investment in the business. Alan Calder, Chief Executive Officer, said,
